“I used Derek and his team to complete my project which involved building work and the strip out of my old kitchen to make way for the fitting of a brand new bespoke one. The work involved changing the entire dynamics of the room as I wanted my kitchen window replaced with patio doors and the then kitchen door replaced with a window. As the sink was situated under the window, all plumbing was to be re-routed and gas appliances moved to other side of room. This was pretty major and messy works, but all the team handled every part of the job with high levels of professionalism and care. Communication from each tradesman was good and they always cleaned up each day before they left. From the initial strip out to the plastering of the entire room and waste removal, my kitchen was fitted exactly to my spec and all outside rendering of the building was done to a high standard. All along the way, Derek kept me informed of any delays or potential problems and dealt with them promptly.

A great bunch of guys to have around too. I cannot praise them enough as they transformed my kitchen exactly to my design. These lads are now my go-to guys when I am in a position to fund further home improvements. Get the biscuits and coffee in as the lads work hard and I was happy to provide a little sustenance for them. Highly recommended”

“I recently hired All Trade Services (ATS) for two major projects at my property, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. Initially, they removed a wall, extended into the eaves, floored the area and completed the interior with plaster. They also custom-built a complex MDF wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. 

Their professionalism stood out from the start. They were always available, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work on time. The pricing was very reasonable considering the level of quality and attention to detail.

Impressed by their work, I asked ATS to take on a second project: replacing my garage roof, which was made of asbestos and had started leaking. They expertly removed the old roofing, built new rafters, and installed a durable sheet metal roof—all while working through some challenging weather conditions. “We contacted Derek at ATS in January for works to begin in March. He and Billy came out straight away to see the property and the upgrades we hoped to make. Not only were they friendly and knowledgeable, they spotted little details needing done which I’d lived with so long I had stopped noticing!

The team worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly every day- paper stripping, surface and wood preparation, plastering, decoration. Nothing was a problem and Derek was always accommodating and adaptable.

The only potential spanner in the works was the electrics, as our house is 130 years old, and rejoices in “mixed vintage” wiring! Never one to be beaten, Derek has now found a suitably experienced electrician who will bring our system up to modern safety standards- brilliant.
